Hi. I'm Brian Cahill. I have over 30 years commercial experience of Gulf Oil, International Personal computers Limited, L. M. Ericsson, Philips and Siemens in IT, Sales and Marketing, Line and General Director positions. I possess also countless the Supervision and Skills Training business delivering courses in Sales, Customer Service and Telephone Approaches. I have also been involved in the Recruiting business doing work as Business Development Administrator for a specialist consultancy acting specifically on the THIS, Finance and Legal areas. The information is founded on my organization knowledge and my knowledge reviewing a large number of CV's and personally selecting hundreds of applicants. Most individuals represent themselves poorly on the CV and extremely many will not interview well - despite getting the credentials to get the job. In todays callously competitive market segments, if you can't sell and market yourself hard to face circumstance of an interview then I am just afraid you may have little chance of success. Being aware of who you are, finding out how to write who have you are and knowing how to verbally express who also you happen to be, are key to your accomplishment.
