2. Executive summary

Functionality appraisal process is useful not just in evaluate employee's performance but also for administrative (layoff, Downsize, Advertising etc) and developmental uses (Training demands, Career preparing etc). Goals of this program are to review employee's overall performance and their abilities & expertise, to review previous year's functionality, to set subsequent year's Key Results Areas (KRAs) also to review teaching needs based on organizational needs, departmental demands and individual needs.

CUT is utilizing a kind of 180 degree appraisal system and as company is certainly going though HR strategy revamp phase this year that is why they need to design new PMS by the end of this yr.
