BU130 Working and Learning: Learning Contract design

We now have provided this template to help you to build up and structure your learning deal. You will find an intro to the learning contract in Activity 1 . 6 with the Study Guideline and you will get detailed direction in the Learning Contract Direction. This will have already been sent to you as a printed booklet and it is also available on the Study Resources section of the Module web-site.

For each of the five sections of this kind of template there exists a corresponding section in the Learning Contract Direction (from site 10 onwards). You should work through and generate notes on each of your section of the training Contract Direction, to help you to make your ideas, before you begin to total the relevant part of this template. We recommend you keep your initial paperwork and reflections on the activities in these sections of the Learning Agreement Guidance in the Learning Diary; these will let you develop your thinking of your learning contract and to decide what you wish to write in each section.

You are able to, of course , replace the text you could have written from this template record as often because you like. This can be an important point because you will find that your thinking improvements as you function with the activities inside the Learning Agreement Guidance and that you will want to modify the content a couple of times. For this reason, we all suggest one to start composing your learning contract prior to week 10 when you is going to submit that as eTMA02.

You may of course choose not to use this template or use it like a starting point then to revise it – and this is okay. You are not confined to using exactly the structure we have suggested here, as long as you clearly cover each one of the five components. If you do utilize this template, you will see indicative phrase limits in each section which will help to give you a sense of how much you need to write – but you are free to alter these as long as you remain within the overall limit set out pertaining to eTma02 (1, 600 words).

You will, naturally , need to delete the guidelines which are succumbed italics in each section before you submit that. This will leave you with the titles (in bold) and your very own content.

Section one particular: Possible Learning Topics

Examine pages 10- 13 from the Learning Deal Guidance in the heading Section 1: Possible Learning Topics to the end of the section headed Drawing together your ideas about Section 1 . Produce notes in your Learning Record of your thoughts about the inquiries and illustrative cases from this section.

When you are prepared write right here your thoughts regarding the issues you would like to examine to make improvements in your efficiency at work. You can study those inside the work-based learning queries which you will certainly carry out coming from week 14 of this module.

Remember that you are strongly advised for making one of your matters time administration and to select at least one of your topics from individuals covered inside the Topic Courses (you will see further guidance on this in Activity 1 . 6 in the Study Guide).
