Neanderthals plus the Relationship to Modern Human beings

One may question, what is the relationship between Neanderthals and modern day humans? A large number of seem to think that Neanderthals were a different sort of species. Hominid from Homo sapiens often known as Homo neanderthalensis, which has been determined to progress from the Homo erectus forms in Europe and have seemed to have perished off when modern individuals emerged (Park, 1999 pg412). Others discover Neanderthals as being a subspecies or any kind of neurological race. Homo sapiens neanderthalensis differentiated only by physical isolation, but at the same time they still written for modern human beings. Physically, Neanderthals were different looking, with longer mind, more robust bone fragments, even a little bit bigger minds; these adaptations are thought to be adaptations to the frosty periglacial environment that they lived in (Pettitt, 2000 pg 351-366). Where as when compared to modern human beings, these physical characteristics were not present, simply because they did not have to worry about this kind of cold periglacial climates. When compared with modern human beings, also known as Homo sapiens, Neanderthals did not have a similar cognitive talents to comprehend and develop a approach to speech, just how modern humans have done (Fagan, 2009 pg92). Modern humans are able to give stories, expertise, and ideas to one another through speech, which can be something Neanderthals lacked. If perhaps Neanderthals could actually use their brains just how modern humans can, it would have transformed everything regarding Neanderthals and scientist wouldn't have thought of them as being stupid people. For example , Fagan writes, " some people even now use the phrase Neanderthal to describe dim-witted, ugly people who are just like apes, a great insult aimed at those they consider dumb” (Fagan, 2009 pg85).
